Registration Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Iron Road Healthcare has a new verification log in process. When you register or log in, you will need to enter the verification code sent to you by phone call or text message.

  • What if I only have a land line?
    You will have the option to select a phone call instead of a text message after you click on the sign in button and are asked to setup the Phone.
  • I have been blocked. How do I get unblocked?
    Verify the URL link you are trying to log in on is my.ironroad.com. If you have bookmarked the log in page and it is giving you an error “blocked”, then you will need to close the link and go to the main website ironroadhealthcare.com and click on the login button at the top right corner of the web page and click on My Iron Road.
  • I have activated my account and entered my verification code and it just spins?
    You will need to verify the time on your computer is the correct time. If it is not then you can synchronize your time on your computer, at the bottom right of your computer, you should see the time. Check what time it shows versus the time it really is where you are at, you can right click on the time and get a menu option to adjust the date and time, and verify the time zone is correct if it is not correct click on the button or drop down arrow to update and sync the time.
